The product itself seemed fine, but the shipping cost really threw me off. I had a small order, and the delivery fee felt way higher than it should’ve been. The website made it seem like shipping would be one thing, but then at checkout it was something else, so that was confusing. I almost canceled the order. I just wish they had cheaper shipping options or made the cost clearer upfront. Not a terrible experience, but definitely not great either.

I really like that Kryptonite products are made in the USA. The quality feels solid, and shipping was totally fine. Umm, it did take me a little while to find exactly what I needed on the site, but overall I’m happy with my purchase

The build quality is fine overall, and it does feel sturdy enough, so I’ll give it that. But a few parts didn’t look as clean or finished as I was expecting. It’s not terrible or anything, just kind of average. I had to keep reminding myself to be patient with it instead of getting annoyed, which isn’t exactly what I want after buying something new

The return did get handled in the end, but it took longer than I expected. I had to follow up before anything really moved, and the refund eventually showed up. It wasn’t a total disaster, but the delay definitely made me trust the process a bit less.

I’ll be honest, it feels a bit too expensive for what you actually get. That said, it’s not terrible and it does what it’s supposed to, so I’m reluctantly okay with it.

Got exactly what I ordered, and nothing was missing. It feels like someone probably double-checked the package before sending it out, because everything was there and in good shape.

The parts arrived in good shape, so no issues there. The install was a little tougher than I was expecting though. The instructions helped a bit, but I still had to go back over a few steps and watch a video to make sure I was doing it right. I got it installed eventually, it just took maybe a couple hours longer than I had planned.

It wasn’t exactly instant, but it did end up helping me after a while. I had to give it some time, and eventually I started to notice a difference.

They managed to get the part sorted for me, which I really appreciated. It did take a bit longer than I expected, and communication could’ve been a little clearer, but overall I’m glad it was resolved and the part was right.

Put the Kryptonite parts on my truck a few weeks ago i can feel a difference. The steering feels tighter, there’s less rattling, and the front end doesn’t feel all loose and sloppy like it did before. I took it out on the highway and it tracks a lot better too. I’ll say the install was smooth, although I still managed to make it take longer than it probably should have. Shipping was fine, nothing amazing but no complaints either. I wasn’t sure if it was going to be worth it at first, and I still think it’s not exactly cheap, but I’m happy with it so far and would buy from them again

I had a small issue with one of my parts and contacted them about the warranty. I’ll be honest, I kind of felt pressured going into it because I figured it was going to turn into a whole back-and-forth hassle. But they replied quickly and just asked me to send over a few photos. Once I did that, they got the replacement taken care of without making it complicated. Shipping took a little longer than I hoped, but it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, it ended up being a good experience.

The packaging came beat up, which was kind of disappointing. I mean, the item itself seemed okay, but the box looked like it had been through a lot. Not a huge deal, I guess, but still not great when it shows up looking that rough.

I installed the parts and I’m confused?? The ride feels way harsher than it did before. Every little bump hits hard now and it just doesn’t feel smooth anymore. Definitely not what I was expecting

I ordered these for my 2018 Silverado and wasn’t sure if the compatibility thing would be right, but it was.
